Prerequisites: Trapeze level 2B
In this class we will focus on skill building and developing strong fundamentals. Focus will be on body position in all basic trapeze positions: straight arm hang, body beats, knee hangs and beats, front balance, and understanding the purpose of good technique. We will begin exploring “butt shelf theory,” a way to move around the bar with ease, and start thinking about creative transitions.
