Prerequisites: Straps level 1A
This class is for intermediate and advanced aerial students with no straps experience who want to try straps. The objectives of this class are to increase aerial-specific strength and stability, to teach students advanced aerial skills that can be used for conditioning as well as translated to other apparatus, and to introduce and safely build a solid skill set of straps fundamentals. Straps class will take students through a cardio and plyometric-based warm-up and a skills portion comprised of beginning hanging positions, inversions and other beginning straps skills.\r\n
\r\nPrerequisites: Intro to Straps is for students at an aerial 2B level or with instructor approval and are beginning to work on straight arm/straight leg straddle ups.
